Facility

The building of the Rest Home Parco degli Ulivi use all the technologies for the energy expense reduction ( structural particularities that will classify it in Echo House - Class A) .

The facility is integrated in the environmental context saving energy and offering a high-level of comfort : from the cooling to the floor-heating , fed by a geothermal system, to the complete autonomy of the energy and thanks to the photovoltaic plant of 100 KW that will be placed on the terrace covering.

The facility has 16 single rooms and 22 double rooms , in all 80 beds.

Single rooms: 21 square metre + 4 square metre of bath with shower or bathtub with side opening for elders , some with balcony or veranda.

Double rooms: 24 square metre + 4 square metre of bath , most of them have private balcony or terrace.

All the rooms have telephone, calls system for emergency, satellite TV , computer and internet.

The facility is completed with: kitchen, restaurant, medical room, infirmary, a hall for collective activities, 4 reading rooms and TV-rooms, a gym, a hairdresser, a barber, a chapel, a mortuary chapel, a laundry, an underground garage of 1100 square metre, the park of 20.000 square metre, administration.
